What is Greek Licensing?

All products in the Kappa Delta Boutique as well as any product that carries the logos, trademarks, and symbols of Kappa Delta must be licensed through Affinity Consultants. This protects our marks from being used in a derogatory or negative manner.

How do I become a Licensed Vendor?

Becoming licensed is simple. Go to and follow the steps provided.


How will my items be shipped?

We ship packages with USPS. Packages can take up to two weeks to arrive from the day the order is placed. 
Larger packages may occasional ship through UPS.

How do I track my package?


We update your order when it ships, and you will receive an e-mail letting you know your order has shipped as well as your tracking number for your package.

Return & Exchange Policy

Does the Kappa Delta Boutique accept returns and exchanges?

  • We will gladly accept merchandise for return or exchange provided it has not been worn or used. Items can be returned/exchanged within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • Please note, refunds will only be given for the price of returned item(s) that have not been worn or used.
  • We will issue a refund according to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped to you in error.

How do I make a return or an exchange?

  • Please email our customer service department at to request a return/exchange form.
  • Fill out the form and include it in your return shipment.
  • If you exchange the item for one that costs more or less than your original item, we will adjust the charge. Please include your credit card number, expiration date and CCV number. If you do not feel comfortable sending that information, enclose your phone number and we will give you a call.

Shop Box

I have my Shop Box, now what do I do?

  • Verify the inventory received using the Shop Box inventory guide.
  • Take your Shop Box to your next chapter meeting or event. Arrange the merchandise in an appealing manor, and encourage members to shop!
  • An order form must be filled out completely for each customer and must include payment information.
  • All payments and items not purchased should be boxed up and shipped back no later than 48 hours after your event.
  • Please contact us if you need to hold the box longer.
  • If chapter billing is selected as a payment option, please include a chapter check in the returned box. Also include all order forms where chapter billing was chosen as the payment option.
  • Cover the old UPS label with the one included and drop the boxes off at a UPS location near you.

Email and let us know what product and what size you are looking for. We will let you know if we have it or are able to get it in the future.

How do I suggest a product?

Looking for something particular that you know other Kappa Delta members would love, but just don't see it on our site? Email and let us know what it is! We will try our best to stock that item in the future.

How do I register with the Kappa Delta Boutique?

Click the registration button in the top right corner and follow the directions. We will never sell or distribute your information to any outside parties.

What payment options do you accept?

The Kappa Delta Boutique only accepts MasterCard and Visa for online payments.

We accept cash and checks as well as MasterCard and Visa at Kappa Delta's major national events.

Why am I being charged sales tax?

All orders placed using a Tennessee zip code will be charged the state retail sales tax.

How do I cancel an order?

Email and provide your name, order number, and the date your order was placed. We will take care of the rest.
