How is my order shipped?
Standard orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. Please provide a complete street address, as FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
After I place an order, how quickly should I expect to receive it?
In stock items will be processed and shipped within 48 business hours of order placement. Please keep in mind that we cannot process or ship items on weekends or holidays. We will inform you immediately if an item is out of stock and when it will be available.

Will a sales tax be applied to my order?
Tennessee residents will have a 9.25% tax added to the total order. Items shipped outside of Tennessee will not be taxed.
What is the Return/ Exchange policy?
KD Boutique guarantees quality merchandise. We will gladly help you return or exchange merchandise that has not been worn or used. Please contact us for information.
Who receives the profits and proceeds from the KD Boutique?
All profits and proceeds from the sale of our merchandise go directly back into the sorority. So buying from us means you are helping to support Kappa Delta’s endeavors. We encourage members to buy from KD Boutique and give back to our sorority, but if that is not possible, please support Kappa Delta and buy exclusively from our officially licensed vendors.
We have joined with other Greek organizations in an effort to protect and control the use of our trademarks, which are registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. All official vendors are screened for high quality products and good customer service, and a percentage of purchases from official Greek licensed vendors are returned to Kappa Delta. How do I use a coupon?
During checkout, you will be asked if you have a coupon. Follow the prompt to input the coupon code and click Apply Coupon. If you have any problems, please contact us.
